Loved your process piece for Dinty. I applied and was accepted to Fairfield–impressive program. Loved the sound of it all. In the end, am studying at VCFA ( got swayed by Sue William Silveman). Acquaintances of Deb Henry–she was a Fairfeild Alum. Anyway, don’t mean to name drop–primarily meant to say I am enjoying following you on FB. Interested to read the substance abuse book and to see wh o picks it up–I run an Alateen Mentor program ( want to write about it someday–only one essay so far…)

      Dear Ryder,
Thanks so much for getting in touch! Sue William Silverman is great. I am friends with another VCFA grad, Sophronia Scott. Definitely let me know if you end up publishing any of the Alateen stuff. I’m very interested in the topic! All the best with your own writing.

Thx for your piece on FBk and RA — helps me understand my late wife’s pain, and know her better.
